Pre-Games Coverage- Beijing Olympic Media Centre
In order to meet the increasing media demand for information about Beijing and the Beijing Games, the Beijing Olympic Press Centre was established by BOCOG and the relevant government departments of the Beijing Municipality, later renamed the Beijing Olympic Media Centre, on November 1, 2004.
The Beijing Olympic Media Centre will assist domestic and international media in their coverage of BOCOG's preparatory efforts as well as other work undertaken by relevant municipal governmental departments. It will be responsible for handling applications of international media personnel for Olympic-related interviews in China before the Games and assisting with visa, customs and other formalities, as well as arrangements of interviews.
If you want to cover the BOCOG's preparatory efforts, please reach the Beijing Olympic Media Centre.
